At Thrive Support Services, our team is at the centre of everything we do. Together, we create a safe, supportive environment where children feel valued, understood, and encouraged.
Every member of our staff is highly trained in trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and child development. This equips them with the skills and compassion to provide tailored support that meets each child’s individual needs.
By investing in our people, we ensure that children in our care have the best possible chance to grow in confidence, build resilience, and look forward to a brighter future.
I have worked within the care sector for a large part of my life, I have been a child carer for family, worked as a support worker through to a starting my own company.
I have a great passion for developing staff and supporting them to achieve their goals. I want every child to have the best start in life. Family is very important to me as are my friends.
I am a wife and a mummy to two boys and a mum to a step daughter. I have worked in the care sector for many years working a range of jobs from wake nights, support worker and working my way up to Registered manager.
I want all children and young individuals to have the best start in life and to deliver a high standard of care.
I am married and have a wonderful little boy who keeps me on my toes. Inspired by my own family’s experiences with independent care providers, I began working in this sector over a decade ago and still find it just as rewarding today.
I believe everyone deserves the right support to live life to the fullest, and I strive to empower individuals to grow in confidence and achieve their goals.

Most of all, I have a real passion for support work and supporting others to feel valued and empowered.
